Mountain View Baptist Church

Mountain View is having two services:

8:00 – 9:00 AM First Service

9:15-10:15 AM Sunday School/Small Group Bible Study

10:30 – 11:30 AM Second Service and Nursery and Children’s Church (birth – 3rd grade classes)

OTHER MINISTRIES

All groups for Sunday School are happening in our regular Sunday School classrooms in the main building at 9:15 AM. Each Sunday , we offer small group Bible Studies.

During Worship Service, children will be checked in by their parents/guardians each Sunday morning. Children’s Church is provided for Preschool – 3rd grade and a Nursery/Wiggles Class is provided for infants – 2 years old. . Children are a blessing from God and we are glad to have children participating in our service each Sunday morning. All children will need to be checked in at the kiosk station before going to one of the rooms provided.

Services will be live on Facebook, our website, and audio on 105.5 at 10:00AM. The recording will be on the website later that day if you choose to listen at a different time. The plan will undoubtedly require adjustments as we move forward. Patience and flexibility will be a necessity. Each week, we routinely use a disinfecting fogger to sanitize our facility.

FAMILIES

We encourage all families to come and be part of our worship service. Also, there are children’s classes provided for Birth – 3rd grade during our 10:00 service only. Each child will need to be checked in at the kiosk station.

Mother’s Rooms

We are thankful to be a growing church with young families. We welcome all these precious babies as a part of our church family and during our worship service. However, we do recognize times that you need a space for privacy. We have created areas of privacy for you listed below if you need these.

• #1 shared area … two areas in our church office located at the main entrance for your convenience.
• #2 single area … a changing table and chair in our family restroom located at the end of the hallway on the first floor (after entering the building procced down hallway and make a right turn)
• #3 single area … location at the bottom of the steps under the tall stairwell area … (go to first landing take a left … at the bottom turn left and nursing room under stairwell area on left)
• #4 single area … location downstairs beside the elevator of the second floor …(
• #5 single area … church nursery located on the main floor

FELLOWSHIP

Activities, events and worship are planned with your safety in mind. The third Sunday during the Sunday School Hour from 9:15 – 10:00, we will have a breakfast provided by the men’s ministry. This will be a time of fellowship for both services to come together and share.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

Children’s Church For

Beginner’s Church 2 (potty Trained)-5 yrs

Junior Church 1st – 3rd grade

Nursery/Wiggle Class – Birth – 2 years

Each week during our Children’s Church time, the children will participate in either a craft week, mission week, or game that correlates with their bible lesson.

All children must register to attend Children’s Church or the Nursery/Wiggle Room. Parents/guardians will be given the policy and procedures for Children’s Ministry. They will need to sign and return before child attends class.

Each child and parent will check in at the kiosk for information and badges for picking up of the child after worship service in the Children’s Church room. Parent/guardian is expected to go the department to pickup their child.
