  • Please keep your eyes open for a date to have a month of PURGING TOYS, BOOKS, and MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS … We will give more details as this time gets closer.

      • All Graduates … please begin to submit your name for our recognition Sunday. We are excited to celebrate our upcoming graduates on May 3, 2026 @ 10:30.Church Family Graduates … To honor you, MVBC will have graduate boxes available for cards of encouragement, a Bible presentation from the pastor/youth leaders, scholarship opportunities (Pro Life Scholarship Essay Contest and the Blake and Shirley Deal Scholarship), and a dedicated time of prayer for their future. Please fill out the form at this link and submit to be read during the service.
    • Visiting Seniors … To honor you, MVBC would like to recognize you and your future plans and have a special time of prayer during our worship service @ 10:30. You may also apply for the Pro Life Scholarship Essay Contest. Details click here.

  • May 24 is Homecoming
    • We invite you to join us for our upcoming Homecoming celebration. This event is a special time to honor our church’s history and welcome back those who have moved away. and reconnect with each other.
    • A part of our tradition is “Dinner on the Ground,” a potluck meal served in the Fellowship Area on the first floor of the church.
    • We look forward to sharing this meaningful day of worship and fellowship with you.

June

  • June 6 …. Please mark your calendar from 10am -12 pm for a fun tea-time event! Pat Farrell will be coming to encourage and speak to our women and young ladies.  We will enjoy tea/coffee/snacks and great fellowship together as we draw near to the Lord.  We welcome all women and young ladies ages 12+.   Stay tuned for more information and sign up
  • June 21 Father’s Day
    • 8:00 – First Service
    • 9:15 – No Sunday School – Father’s Day Breakfast
      • – Breakfast for Men will be provided by the Ladies’ Ministry

  • June 28 – July 1 will be Vacation Bible School …We will have regular scheduled classes from June 28 -30 and on July 1, we will have a Celebration Night in lieu of a Kickoff but similar format.

    • Immediately following a lunch will be provided for these servants and families to enjoy with MVBC Church family. The church will provide the meat and bread. Side dishes and desserts are provided by our church family.

  • Men’s Ministry ... The Forge scheduled third Thursday of each month @ 6:30
  • Discipleship Class for 4-8 … 4th Sunday of each month
  • Youth Night – … Last Sunday Evening of each month @ 5:00 ages K-12 … Children’s Get ​Together to enjoy food, fellowship, devotions, games and crafts
  • Food Boxes will be distributed on Tuesday, April 7 and 21.
